Queen’s Students

Students at University face particular stressors and life challenges.  I have served undergraduate, graduate, and professional program students at Queen’s University for four years in my clinical practice in Counselling Services at Queen’s University, and now in my private practice.

Some of the student concerns I work with include:

  • Stress and Overwhelm
  • Anxiety
  • Depressed Mood
  • Organization and Time Management
  • Program and Career Decision Making
  • Relationship Difficulties
  • Breakups
  • Family Disruption
  • Grief and Loss

My knowledge of the Queen’s learning environment and on-campus academic support services, combined with the therapeutic, emotional support I provide, help Queen’s students to feel better, improve their functioning and academic performance, and start their adult lives on a stronger footing.
